Dear Visitor, pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n.196 entitled "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (available on the website www.garanteprivacy.it), we wish to inform you that the company MERZI.IT SRL uses the site, as well as as an information medium on the internet world, also as a tool for collecting and processing personal data.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

In general, we inform you below about:

  • the methods and purposes of data collection and processing;
    • the optional nature of providing data;
    • the consequences of a possible refusal to respond;
    • the subjects and/or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as managers or agents, and the scope of dissemination of the data themselves;
    • the operations that will be carried out by MERZI.IT SRL during your navigation on the site;
    • the rights referred to in the art. 7 of the Privacy Code.

Likewise, in general terms, MERZI.IT SRL specifies that the definitions used are those specified in the art. 4 of the aforementioned Code, which can be consulted online at www.garanteprivacy.it or below. Please refer to the individual sections of the site itself for further specific information and for an indication of any specific purposes of the relevant processing.

During your stay on the site, whatever path you choose, the IT system will proceed, based on its standard functions, to record the so-called log files, which are made up of standard code strings, automatically obtained from the server , each of which allows MERZI.IT SRL to know a series of data about the navigator: the IP address or the type of browser (for example Internet Explorer or Netscape), through which the internet connection is made, the operating system 'host and the URL from which the visitors came. MERZI.IT SRL may use such data in aggregate and anonymous form for the purposes of statistical analysis of site accesses.

As regards e-mail messages, MERZI.IT SRL will proceed, in compliance with the Code, with the collection of personal data spontaneously transmitted by you, including your e-mail address, taking care of its subsequent conservation and archiving for purely statistical and for further purposes consistent with the interactions expressed by you.

With reference to the messages sent to the different sections, MERZI.IT SRL will collect and store the data received, including the e-mail address, for the time necessary to verify and evaluate the information spontaneously provided by you, for the purposes of exchanging information or of contacts. It is necessary to clarify from now on that the processing concerns only common data: the presence of any data capable of revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of political parties. , trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health or sexual life, data that can be classified as "sensitive" pursuant to art. 4 of the Code, will in fact lead to the immediate destruction of the relevant message, announcement or communication provided by you. The technical data upon access to the Site will not, in any case, be communicated to third parties, nor will they be disclosed. The data collected in other sections of the Site may be disseminated by publishing them online on the site itself. In such cases, the methods of dissemination will always be specified in the respective information and consent will be requested, which can be provided online by completing a ticked box.
In any case, the processing operations described above will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the art. 11 of the Code, in compliance with the principles indicated therein.
The processing will be carried out both manually and with the aid of IT and telematic means. In fact, the data may be stored both in paper archives and in electronic archives, so as to allow, where necessary, the identification and selection of aggregate data, for a time not exceeding the duration and purposes of the processing. The processing will be carried out directly and exclusively by the Data Controller and by the employees and/or collaborators of MERZI.IT SRL. It is the visitor's responsibility to verify the correctness of the personal data concerning him and possibly proceed with the rectification, updating or, in any case, modification of the incorrect data and/or no longer in the course of the processing.

The Visitor is made aware of the fact that the transmission of data via the Internet cannot in fact be considered required to provide any other performance other than the timely and correct application of the security standards imposed by the legislation in force, in particular the application of the security measures referred to in to the art. 15 of the Law and Presidential Decree no. 318/99.
